I don't think so, Nihil, because the victim is dead. Doesn't there need to be some perception of being violated by the victim, in order for rape to have occurred, or in the case of women in permanent vegetative states in hospitals who are sometimes impregnated, at least a tangible result of some sort which harms the victim in some way, even if the rape itself is not actually consciously experienced?
