Tell me, have I been unclear about this in my upstream messages, or did you simply pass over them during the heat of normal trading activity? This has been my point all along on this thread and elsewhere, although I may have been focusing more intently on the physical and jurisdictional causes which are the real underlying issues, rather than the eventual more apparent ramifications that would ensue if the cable plant were open to all takers under the current architectural stipulations.
