T, The biggest shareholders of DAY or the debenture holders. Anyone holding the common stock was screwed on this deal. IMO As an investor I wouldn't have bought the debenture paper or the CS because of what is available at Andacollo and who owns all the adjacent property. In other words, as an investor I would wait for the estate sale, and I don't think any of the Chilean "investors" or Medinah investors would do otherwise... p.s.
