C'mon...

For their stock price to go up, they just need investors, not users.

;-)

Consequently, and smartly enough, they first announced their
objectives to Wall Street: It's where you find investors.

Later, if absolutely necessary, they will try to find users.

I don't know about you, but I think I remember NTBK had advertised
on many different portals before to be popular.
USAB is definitely much better, they saved these advertising costs
to hire a PR firm! ;-)

Whatever, it's going to be fun to watch...

I have to tell you. I think that USAB's last press release, as well as the message on their upcoming web site, are both way over the top. This company must really be "banking" on either delivering the goods or simply taking advantage of the current investment frenzy in this area.

It doesn't really matter much. I see USAB as having significant upside potential based on the recent craze in this area alone. The company looks solid financially. At $11 it's a good play. The question is what will the stock be selling for 30 to 40 minutes after the open on Monday? As the stock moves higher anything negative about the company and it's presentation will be magnified. So I'm looking at this one with both eyes wide open. I won't throw money at it just because it may have a huge gap up on Monday morning.

Regards, Jeff

Between these two they have over 68,000 shares held. Would a profitable, successful banker take a chance on an SEC violation in order to get a few bucks of a pump and dump? Maybe if they had half a million shares but not with 68k is what I think. Now if the same bankers were able to pull of the business model they are talking about and the subsequent rise in value were even close to NTBK and the 68k shares would be worth lets say 10 million?? I think that I would if I were a director of this company try real hard to make the website work and work well.

With the interest this has generated this weekend I will hold for a few days. Downside is very limited and with the tiny float it could get tight for some.

I think they won't have a problem finding customers. Investors driving up the price of the stock will bring them lots of attention. We will see Monday.
