I'm a bit wary of CCSI after getting squeezed earlier this year. I think I will give them a while to see if they put together some sort of distribution network then short when the HUGE sales don't materialize as expected.

where did you get the 2.3M share number for this convertible. For me that reads 1M new shares (+14% interest p.a.)

"The outstanding principal amount of the Debentures (together with accrued interest thereon) is convertible until after the first anniversary of the closing. At that time, the Debentures are convertible into shares of Common Stock, at the option of the holder or holders thereof, at the conversion price of $5.00.

the share count in 1998 increased by 2.3M

How did you arrive at the 2.3 million share calculation? Have you seen one of the notes? I could be wrong, but I see nothing indicating exactly how many 5 dollar shares were peddled.
