>Are you saying dilution will never become a problem? Hasn't yet. The convert of 1Billion into equity at below-market rates was viewed as a 'positive'. The fact that they can sell another Billion in converts will also be viewed as a positive. There are no negatives, only positives. This is the 'new Economy -- Its different this time. Dilution will only be a concern when we run out of firms to sell their services to Amazon and when we run out of analysts to recommend it.
