Agree with you completely about MU stock price being directly proportional to contract prices of "MU DRAM",..but skewed somewhat when comparing Spot prices and/or memory module prices to MU's stock price. You can only use the latter as an indication of when dumping starts occurring.

As far as embedded memory, disappearing market, etc IMHO I think you are out in left field.:-) MU is a commodity company that is acting just as a commodity company should and I believe will be one of the last standing and in the best shape.

Also MU manufacturing costs are dropping rapidly with their .21mu fabs so their situation may not be as drastic as some of the competition.
