David, GREAT Fluff! Difficult. I figured as much. When staring at the wall to rest my eyes, I sometimes see the beginnings of diagram that begins in the center and works outward to multiple degrees, that work outward to multiple figures, (like little universes) but when I try to capture it on paper - POOF! Thought maybe someone could clarify it for us with a Flow Chart.

In 'Nothing Down', Robert G. Allen displayed a Flow Chart for the multiple considerations a Real Estate Investor must make and where the first decision takes you, then where that takes you. Starting with "if you are here" you go here, here, or here. "If you are HERE" you go here, here, or here. I was fascinated by it. Seemed to turn the search for the Real Estate Holy Grail into practical steps for every situation.

Agree with ALL your observations -this post If you do do (no hyphen) a Flow Chart for yourself, please share it with all of us.
