Yes, let's remember Russia is disabled economically/militarily but also remember so was Germany prior to Hitler taking power. For the first time opposition parties are united against the U.S. and NATO nations taking action in the Balkans. This can be used as a political "rallying point" to win public support for an opposition party that would be anti-West. Hence the restarting of the cold war ... which was on it's way to being over through economic integration ... but we interrupted it with out new-world interventism in the Blakans.
