Last week we stockholders watched as Liberty announced it was taking an increased stake in ACTV. Tuesday pre-opening numbers indicated the street was receptive of the deal and we all thought we were on our way to $40 or $50 by week's end.

Unfortunately, no one thought the net sector would sell off and it didn't help to have Warren Buffet out there spouting off about over valuations. Of course if I were invested in retail as heavily as he and concerned with generating shareholder value, well then I too would be concerned about the internet, because e-commerce is an open can of whip-ass for retail stores and Buffet knows it.

Some day the street is going to more fully embrace the net sector but until that day occurs, it is far more important to remain focused on the company and who is embracing their technology. I have said it before and I'll say it again. The significance of the Liberty investment speaks volumes about ACTV and its patented technologies.

Guy's - WE OWN THE CONVERGENCE and Dr. John Malone knows it.

I look forward to next week's activity and should it dish up some of last weeks volatility so be it, because I'm long and I believe in the company, its management, its partners and potential.
