Larry,

Re: "And right now DELL's trend is DOWN."

It is hard to follow what you are talking about.

1)Do you mean that DELL's stock price trend is down?

2 )Do you mean that DELL's growth in revenue, earning or earning per share is down?

3) Do you mean that DELL's rate of growth in revenue, earnings or earnings per share is down?

It appears that currently DELL price is simply trading in a range and there is no trend emerging. So the first is wrong.

As for the second, DELL's revenue , earnings and earnings per share are in a definite and powerful uptrend.

As for the third, it appears that DELLs rate of growth in revenue, earning and earning per share is slowing but it is still very high by any reasonable standards.

The chart at your website shows little if any effect on DELLs unit sales since 1995 and a steady exponential growth rate as typified by the straight line on the semilog chart.

All in all, DELL is an extremely healthy company. This stock price action (range trading) is not unusual. People are waiting to see what DELL does this quarter before betting the ranch on the stock IMO.

Regards,

Jim Kelley
