I suspect that if they chose to do so, the company could tell you a great deal more. Don't know if they would do. But in any case, Sklar's peccadillos don't seem to have extended to only one incident. Which is why the claim that he was "framed" doesn't carry much weight with me. You really should take a look at the FNTT thread, and see what slimey Greg Writer has to say about himself, his problems with the NASD, his tax liens, and the lawsuits brought against him. None of it, of course, was in any way his fault.
