LindyBill, I also own CSCO and not LU, and I agree with you that CSCO is the rule maker. But I don't agree with you that this thread has been ruined. If you want to see a ruined thread, go to the CSCO thread on Yahoo. It is about 90% advertisements (spam).

LindyBill,

I am a CSCO holder as well as a LU holder and by no means intend to bash either company. Regarding bashing, I am sure that if you went through all of the posts on the LU thread you would find numerous (though not the resident CSCO hater) there posturing over the demise of LU. It seems to be the way of the posting universe, though less so on SI. My points are targeted from a defensive stance and I have nothing but high hopes and dreams of frozen drinks on Nantucket

Regarding gorillas, I am up 500% on my CSCO, 500% on my LU and 2500% on my original CSCC shares. There is my basket and my retirement. Perhaps I have been narrow minded and I am sure that the day that I invest full time that I will diversify. My gambling money is in WIND, RMBS (very recently) and SNMM (in this week at 9 1/2 now at 12).

good luck.

Brian
