Actually, I am glad that I went through, those calculations. That note has been in the back of my mind. Doesn't look THAT bad once it is on paper and still shows that if it was ever used, this stock is still a bargain.

If they bought back 30 million shares, ( $4.5 million worth) and the old man bought 10 million shares ($1.5 million worth) this note would be as harmless as it was when it was instituted. They have shown a desire to buy back shares, and it would be in the investors best interests if they would use some of the proceeds from the land sale to do this and defray any questions or actions that could happen when/if this note ever was used.
