bob, Your constant harping on this potential buyout thing isn't going to make it any more likely to happen. A couple of points:

1. ECILF was mentioned on this thread several weeks before as a possible suitor. There was substantial discussion of the issue. That could be why he picked it.

2. The bogus release was basically well written because it looked like other similar announcements--He probably just copied another announcement, and made minor adjustments to it. In fact, the text parts that were individual to Pair were (in retrospect) poorly written. Remember on this thread that we were questioning several points that seemed odd?

Any buyout (and price of a buyout) will depend on the attractiveness of pair's technologies and products. Right now that means Avidia and the PG family, mostly. The focus therefore should be on those things, IMO.
