Waterhouse basically sucks lately all the way around, so its not surprising that data from their research site is out of date or faulty! They can't handle the load when the bell rings! Down time is high through the web and "touch tone". Their execution reports through the phone have also been inaccurate, and it can take 10 -15 minutes(or an eternity when your stock is moving!) to talk to a human! $12 doesn't mean jack if you can't get your trades placed and receive accurate execution reports. If I could handle my account being "frozen" for the time it takes to transfer, I'd switch to Fidelity or something reliable in a heartbeat! Larry
