Peter-

Thanks very much for your comments on the CC. Very helpful for those of us who have not been able to listen firsthand.

Randy

Peter and ratlong,

thanks to both of you for your summaries of the conference
call!

This is pure speculation, but what about this:
* RATL now has 260 million in cash.
* Levy is becoming working chairman and gets time
"freed up", while Devlin and new COO runs current
operations.
* Statements that RATL will "become a much larger
enterprise".
* Don't want to make any short-term prognosis or
guidance, though they have done so in the past.
* 60% of licenses sold to companies involved in
embedded software (which is where ObjecTime
operates, which they have an option to buy).

Dare I say "Acquisition" !?

Again, just pure speculation. If that would be the case,
it doesn't have to be a negative -- depending on what
they buy and at what price, it could be a positive
defining them even further as the complete software
engineering tools company.

Best,

/Hans-Erik
