RE-Thank You, William. Well, I think that I need an explanation: In the United States, You pay taxes on the gains earned on the stock market once in a year? And this is the same for the private investors and for the mutual funds? I ask this because here in Italy, We pay taxes each time we sell shares, regardless of the period of the year.

I totally agree that Dell is the best of the computer makers, and some words from the speech of Tom Meredith at the conference call with Merril Lynch ( ....Running like the Energizer bunny...meet the expected results for the quarter...)( even if the first quarter, last year, was the weakest of the year, in terms of growth ), considering the traditional integrity of Dell's Management, persuades me that Dell is working well. IMO, the true question is: how much well? Let me explain what I mean: if Dell miss ( by only a cent ) or just will meet the numbers this quarter, I think that we'll see a chainsaw massacre (forgive me the emphasis!):the hope is to upbeat the numbers for 0,8-1,5 cents ( at least 5% !) and this seems to me not easy. I'm still holding DELL, I'm very long ( Bought at less than 7$ ) I haven't margins to cover etc. etc., but, I'm sure You understand, I'm watching to the situation with a LOT of attention...<g>

Thank You again for Your kindness, and My best wishes and regards,

Luciano M. Trentadue
