OT -- LUKOY is on the OTC-BB. They are trying to get on the NYSE. The ADRs also trade in Frankfurt and Berlin, so I am not too uncomfortable with the fact that it is on the OTC-BB. Generally one can trade it in most accounts. However, because it is on the OTC-BB it is hard to get a quote intra-day. Here is a site that gives you a quote at the end of every day:

It also has news and other good stuff. LUKOY as you can see is around $31 (it has been as low as $8.5 or so). At the end of 1997 LUKOY was as high as $120.
