Like I said in my post they are Russian exchange "Students"

Observations by many contribute to the total picture of an asset.

Without both positive and negative aspects it is hard to judge the worth and risk of an asset and with Russia in these times of economic instability has enormous upside potential and enormous risk.

Also consider this: If LUKOY hits 102 from 30 that is what, a 3 bagger here? Consider US alternatives valued 3 times below book value with an upside potential of 8 - 10 times current price and currently selling below 10 per share.
I just don't see the value of LUKOY at this time.

Rob- I'm with you on LUKOY. When I was working in Russia I knew several oil guys who worked for the likes of Chevron, Atlantic Richfield, etc. and many of them told me to buy it. In the long run they are going to make me a pile of money.
