Notes on MXNT

These are just some random things I wrote down this weekend while doing research off and on. I plan to get an Investment Research Report up soon and post it to the website. IT will be kind of a central webpage for info on MXNT. Does anybody know the email for the CIO or CEO @ MXNT? I have a few suggestions I would like to give him.

Ok, go grab a Pepsi and a Pizza, this is a lot of notes...and only the beginning of what I am finding!
------

*MXNT is in major development. There sites are still in the works. Remember how Yahoo! started out? Just a couple of links on a page with a few guys..Hmmm sounds similar. Sure, there search engine on MXNT is not the most powerful in the world, but as an investor, you must remember that this stuff is still being developed..Why the heck do you think they are actively searching for more talent to be hired?

*MXNT was heavily shorted by MMs @ 8 who had to keep an orderly market @ 3-5 range during the run. The stock was heavily bought based on this Auction news. The float was gone in about 2 days. The MMs had no shares to give out so they had to Naked Short it. This is when they don't really have the shares to give out. The price ran on them and they HAD TO BRING IT DOWN TO MAKE THEIR $$$ I think @ 5 is the level they will cover. If so, we could see a nice bounce either Monday or Tuesday. We saw this happen in XNET. They ran it, naked short it, covered and the stock hit an incredible high. This very well could happen with MXNT.

*Something that I like is that the management is really a bunch of geeks providing content. They seem to have about 1 or 2 people who actually know how to run a biz. This is the problem Michael Dell and Bill Gates ran into. They were good at providing, not running the biz. If you look back on DELL, they surged and then fell because they could not handle the growth. They had to pull in outside management. IMO, this is a GREAT problem to have @ MXNT. Who cares about shareholders at this point? They are not making them money..well the kind they can use..The users of the site is what is making them money. Let them focus on that for now, since this is what they are good at. I really don't care how professional or not the management is. All I care is how well they deliver the product to the end consumer and who is willing to log on!

*MXNT has experienced quite a few hits lately. Last I heard it was
5-7x normal. It might have something to do with all this auction stuff.

*MXNT is working very hard on this auction. They are not just launching some half butted Auction site. They are giving away computers and everything else for signing up. Just like ECEC is giving away $10k. The charts on the stocks look similar. Ran, shorted, then ran big time and based for a little while. The auction site is fast and easy to use. It is in BETA, which means they are working to make it the best for the big launch. This is when they will exploit it for AOL users and Internet users alike. Why do you think there has been no advertising? Exactly! Its not completely finished yet. The dumbest thing a company can do is launch something that isn't ready. Never get in a hurry with this stuff. I will be happy to wait. If you got out of EBAY early, you would be slapping yourself now.

*MXNT has a whole lot of alliances. This could be good because they can cross-advertise for eachother. With all these alliances, each company is getting its own unique crowd. This will draw more people to MXNT because it is "general."

*MXNT has a whole lot of irons in the fire. I agree that there are too many press releases. I am going to email the CIO about this. But you have to admit, they do cover something different in each one, although I do want a reduction! :)

*MXNT recently acquired NetWords. For those of you who have AOL, you all know what "Keywords" are. You simply type in something like what you are looking for and it quickly takes you to the site/screen. This is what NetWords is. You type in anything and it takes you to the approprate URL. Very cool.

*MXNT will exploit this AOL like stuff. They are making a special auction gateway for the AOL users to make it quicker and easier for them to use. Maybe an AOL alliance? I dont know..Got to the site and see what I'm talking about. Also, they will say how Networds is related to AOL, which will pull the ole investor's awareness trick like ZSUN did before it ran big time.

*MXNT is growing fast. Why else would they hire more people, and get more equipment and bigger servers and more powerful servers?

*MXNT is getting into the Video/Audio swing of things. They will tie this into their website and auction. They also do promotional videos for companies using this technology. Has not been fully exploited, only breifly mentioned...Will definitely be huge for them in the wake of RNWK and BCST.

*MXNT is a very high candidate to be acquired. They have one heck of a team and they are very talented and have a very good sense of humor. I think some big boy might come along and want to jump on the auction bandwagon and acquire MXNT for $15 or so instead of paying $100 or so later. Trust me, people are watching out for these kinds of opportunities. I wouldn't be surprised to see some major agreement with a big boy or something...Who knows!

They have so much more to talk about, but this post is already like 3 pages long, so I'll shut up for now. One thing that I really like about this stock is that I never get bored researching it. It has so much cool stuff that appeals to many generations of people.

This is definitely a long-term hold for me, as I would never let a base Portal site slip away from me at these prices. There truly is no reason for it to be at these levels other than shorting and sell off on news. YHOO had to deal with this all the way up!

Keep your eyes on this one, as it could heat up really soon :)

The short term, like I have said, will be rather volatile, as it has been for a while. But I think that this stock really has nowhere to go but up over the long-term.

This is just my opinion and notes...

I need the email to the CEO/CIO or whatever. So if you have it PM me or email me!
I hold a position in MXNT and was not compensated in any way for talking about it!!
Sorry for the longwindedness!
