gc...<ot>..thanks your understanding.. i find offense at the term "third world"..the western world applies it too broadly..china and india are developing countries..both with strong cultures and infrastructures that go back many years...compare this with what fifty years ago was pan arabia...petro dollars turned it into the countries of the western side of the gulf...these were "third world"..converesly the eastern side of the gulf is iran...or persia rife with much more than a "nomadic" culture...important to distinguish as investments other than in mineral rights very often not made in "third" world... good luck, ed a.
