Here are some more stocks which may be associated
with the ones in the thread header:
CSVN, INCE, IWWC, LWEI, NSIE, OILS, POLY, TEJA, TPEN, VNIN,
and WNCR. Along with the ones you mentioned, my info
is that all these companies have a link to a shady
promoter based in France. Most are either not trading,
or gasping for life.
Of all of them, clearly ETFC is the one requiring a closer look.

It's been a while since I pointed out that ETFC had filed its Form 10. So I figured that it was time to look at these reverse mergers from a positive perspective.
You are wrong when you say that they are all scams. Lots of small companies use this route to begin trading more quickly. When a real company uses this means to go public, they often don't have the capital for appropriate PR to let people know about them (strikes me the most important thing is to spend money on an audit to become reporting). Anyhow, started a thread on the ones that are working.

Hope to learn if you have the honesty to admit that all are not scams... it's the company, not the vehicle, that counts.
Good investing.
