As the PR reads it appears no different than if you or I opened our doors for business and elected to sell Kodak film and have a Kodak lab do the processing. Kodak would only be a vendor to our business. The relationship appears to convey no additional benefit or expectation that TSIG could count upon Kodak to provide excepting the same as they would ordinarily provide to anyone else as a vendor of product or services. The PR was a nice PR giving an advance warning of a new venue, but certainly nothing more than that. In fact it was probably the only example of a TSIG PR that could have been construed as hype.
