CPQ SHOCKER!!! *OT* ? Maybe, Maybe Not

*Extra* Compaq's Top 2 Leaders Resign

For the second time in two weeks, Compaq (CPQ:NYSE)
has shocked the investment world.

The world's largest personal computer maker said in a
statement this afternoon that CEO Eckhard Pfeiffer and CFO
Earl Mason had resigned. Compaq's board of directors
named chairman Ben Rosen and two vice chairman -- Frank
Doyle and Robert Ted Enloe III -- to a three-man office of the
chief executive.

TSC reported on the company's quarterly fiscal problems on
April 9.
