For goodness sake--ETPI IS a Mom and Pop shop. Doug and his wife own it and control it through the board. The Hero's site in Houston was another mom and pop shop (the wife even did marketing for the Hero's branch of the business for a while). Their 144K shares are probably unrestricted by now.
