i have no answer..i only know what i know....what the passing days may show...maybe it's the difference between full service and no service brokerages...maybe it's the underlying issues.....maybe it's the way you wear you hair, the way you smile at me...no.no they can't take that away from me...how bizarre...how bizarre..

Yes, switching to an even MORE discount broker (Brown) because of this: Fidelity did the same to me although they are still calling it a "theoretical" margin call and they "gave " me "Fidelity cash" to pay it off with?????? (I have no real cash).
But there isnt much of that left....so onto a place with less % margin maintenance for CMGI and AOL.
But your story is worse than mine because I DID buy on margin and create a debt and you didnt even do that. Strange.
