Does it show how much he forfeited at Cohesive in leaving to come over to TSIG?

Especially sensitive in-as-much as rumor has it Cohesive is on the verge of an IPO.

Being that John Hwang had Microsoft, Netscape, Hewlett Packard and numerous others as clients for the company that he owned and subsequently sold to Cohesive last April, I would think he had a shipload of options or shares in Cohesive that were probably in jepardy should he take an early powder.

Given that he's pretty bright and a respected authority on E-Commerce, and had the horsepwer to acquire and hold those accounts. just why would he come to lil 'ol TSIG?
