William,while all this confusion is going on up there in Houston, I sure hope Dell can pick up some good employees from CPQ as I hear Austin needs qualified employees real bad and fast to keep up with demand.

Changing cultures, business processes, training people to use new business systems, new software, new vision, find a T. Meredeth to redo two year effort in the trenches. As you say, WBM, a new CEO, CFO won't be a cure. A new head and body transplant, new training and luck should do it. Mike
