It's also unlawful to tout a stock and sell it for a profit while doing it. That is known as SCALPING. You can defend all You want but You can't change who the scalpers and Con artist's are.

Couldn't agree more Bob, which is why I have never followed him. This arena isn't for everyone. It's that they and others make people feel safe by establishing a false trust of which they are not worthy that I have a problem with. Maybe they are doing great and have no problem with it, and that is certainly their choice. It's a free country and unless or until the SEC stops them, no one here can do anything but identify and discuss. But it is my choice not to buy anything with whom they have association.
