I'm not speaking in favor of DeBeers, just trying to say "Don't underestimate them" I'm sorry you drew the comparison with Russia or the USSR, because if the SAf bust up is similar, none of us are going to make much in the Diamond business for a long time.Disasters take a long time to absorb and dissipate, no matter what your social viewpoint is.. As for DeBeers they've been on notice for a long time and I think you will find that as usual they are better prepared with contingency planning than the rest of us. Luck with you investments.
