DBCC couldn't get their's off before Christmas and it takes a week or two after the holiday's for everyone to get back in the sadle, etc...
I'm not saying Net Radio will go in late April, just pointing out a fact that it is on EVEREN's calander that all their brokers (all 1500 retail brokers) can see for late April.

RS; I may be wrong,but I think it was ZD that filed an amendment trying to jack up the offering price because of market demand. This was turned down by the SEC,delaying the opening day.They then had to re-submit another opening price.
