Thomas P. Devlin is a short squat little guy, five foot four, who was a drinking buddy of David Walsh at the Palliser and Moose McGuire's as well as being centrally involved in the Bre-X promotion. If Sklar was associated with him that would kind of clinch it for me as far as Sklar was concerned. Not that there hasn't been ample evidence supplied already, starting with the doctored photographs. No, Daniel - i don't think this directly ties Sklar to Bre-X ... but how much more do you need??
