On those shareholder suits..... The atty's will come in to get their cut, and leave the shareholders to split up a bunch of S&S trading stamps. These suits never really benefit any shareholders. All they do is create another pocket (one with no skin in the game) to put money in. As for the resignations, I know many have been calling for their heads, but I would be interested in the characterization of the resignation...... Did they walk out? Or were they pushed out the door..... One thing we just can't seem to escape is that we are an enterprise company, not just a box maker. On the positive side, this may expediate they Alta Vista spin off, and if they do the right thing, they will IPO 19.5% and then spin the rest to existing shareholders. Just my view.... Regards, Kman
