still trying to weigh the the facts vs spin in my mind. at first i though they would buy it,i.e got rid of the problem-that is bullish.BUT the problem is the business AND cpq has been in essence an acounitng fraud for almost 2 years and that can't be fixed easily or quickly.the chance for really bad news and results is very real vs the chance for a miracle cure.the stock is a sale on any rally but it could implode.we still need more data to have a good guess but that is my first take.
