I am very nervous about getting thru - On Friday I wanted out when it hit $15 - i WAS ON HOLD UNTIL $11.50 ON THE WAY DOWN.

As much as I bitch about Action Direct. I have never been put on hold for longer than 10 seconds. I do have a preferred customer line, but most daytraders qualify for it, if you ask! They are not so much concerned about how much money you have, just the money they make off of you!
