Gary, WGAT has trials ongoing with every major cable company except
TCI. The subscriber base is 32 million for the companies in trials.

At Home does have exclusivity agreements with TCI. According to the prospectus, WGAT believes that "there are factors that limit
the effect of the contractual provisions".

So, if Comcast/Mediaone,COX, Cablevision and others are testing the
service, then they must be considering using it.

Gary, ATHM, to my knowledge, does not have a "internet to tv" product. It seems to me that we are talking about to different products. ATHM=high speed computers. WGAT=high speed tv's
