CPQ turmoil could assist AAPL's "Server" and "Small Business" marketing

AAPL promotes its products to the small business marketplace this week and hopefully its been fined tuned to syphon off CPQ's prospects .

Should be a natural as S Jobs and his NeXTonians have experience there .

Just realized that effective 12:01am tonight (4/19/99) we are without our Shareholder's Rights Plan (SRP) .

Yep , it expired after 10 years of protecting us from the likes of IBM who would assault our shareholder loyalty with a above market buy up bid for our shares .

Some shareholders think the SRP is meant only to protect Executive options and salaries . Boy are they ever wrong ;>)
