They have been at each other's throat's for centuries in that part of the world and you just can't afford to offend anyone - in the absence of US military security. Just like western Europe until 1945, or 1989 if you count the Cold War. And the US in the 19th century until we finished annihilating our indigenous population. And Latin America until recently, and SE Asia until recently, Africa perpetually, and so on. I guess Australia has been pretty stable apart from their problems with their indigenous population. It's too easy to dismiss other people's conflicts as some mysterious malady which never affected US. The whole attitude is disturbing, IMHO.

I cant even begin to describe what we have seen and what we have been through , Fane and I will will report much later..I have much footage to share and am now back at the TV station where I will do a commentary and an editorial on TV ERA..sometime before I leave I will bring back a copy of the show and share it with you ..The Macedonian police have shut this station down once already but i hope to get this done in the next few days...I miss everyone back home and it is now approx 10:29 am..I am heading to the US Embassy in an attempt at getting at least a few Entry visas for soem of these kids back to the Us..those that have family abroad or have immediate medical neds and those that have zero family confirmed.. i will talk to you all later..Please watch CNN as we have been in direct contact with their correspondent here...
