Sergio,

REIT's are coming back. All of the last week the guys of CNBC have been pushing the REIT's. Two that come to mind (one pays great div's) are ENN and ESA. These are not great trading stocks as most REIT's do not move up or down much. ENN has historically traded in the 10 area, ESA in the 8 to 10 area. As a trader ESA is the better of the two and very predictable.

Sergio,
As you may know already I am going on the road again and will not have time for the stock market (I won't even have a computer for a couple of weeks), so I'm pretty clean right now the only long I'm holding is IFLY (second time around for me, I still believe)
Havent been to active with research on any new stocks the last two I looked at I think I already told you about PDQ and PBYP.
As far as REITs go there does seem to be some more interest in them. There was one I started to look at Town and Country Trust (TCT). It appears Berkshire Hathaway Inc. holds 797,200 common according to a recent 13G filed. They were up 5/16 (2%) on Friday.
