Vestor; I do not know what you are talking about re: Canadian insider sales. Perhaps you should be more aware of to whom you are directing your questions. If you cannot see the problem with the GK controlled shell "becoming" a "Sara Hallitex IPO" then you are blinder than I thought. The whole "IPO" was a sham if the same person controlled both entities! Its a non-disclosed related-party transaction. The key words here: non-disclosed and related-party. If that fact alone doesn't make you suspicious that SHAL is up to no good, then we have a serious difference of opinion, and lets leave it at that. I have presented leads that you should explore. I am not here to nurse you, you should research this yourself. (BTW, talking to SHAL or its IR/PR flacks does not equal research) There is a reason these shares are called "pennies", and I believe you will eventually find out why. Buyer Beware!
