I agree with you on the big houses. A BUY upgrade from Goldman Sachs is my peak indicator. They only get away with it because they tend to do Blue chips, and the price tends to recover in a year. They kill people with stop's. When I see too much hype and no news, it's a P&D. Too many people seem to take it personally when anybody mentions the possibility of a P&D on a thread, when they should be listening to all sides of the story. We all need to hear the bad, so we can better understand the risks involved in any investment.
