You aren't telling me anything I don't know. When Hallapeno announced the PCOAC (10 months ago) and MXi whatever, they gave Intel plenty of lead time to head NSM off at the pass. Not only that but the M2 core doesn't scale well and the GX isn't beyond 300MHx...so you are right... a 300MHz GX vs a 400-466MHz Celeron plus Whitney just about plays taps for NSM unless they announce a real PCOAC soon. In that case they can survive. Never the less, NSM is running out of tape.
