Tommorrow looks like it could be generally up. Perhaps the Street will like the developments at Compaq and give techs a boost.

Here are some stocks that I am looking at:

Longs

TQNT - modest breakout on volume, confirmed by OBV and PVT. Bounced off 50 DMA. Strong Worden BOP.

NEM, ASA - breakouts (or fakeouts?)

ALGX - bandwidth company. Resting after big jump; a bit overbought.

Shorts

The Ugly - ABS, ISSX, WCOM

The Really Ugly - TSAI, SDS, and MERQ

The Intriguing - LIN - Looks very strong, but I looks to me like there is underlying distribution. Specialty retailors are moving down as a sector.

The OSX

I have put together a pretty big position here (for me). Since 3/3, the OSX has always sold off on Wednesday following the API release on Tuesday nite. I may sell into Tuesday and buy back on Wednesday.
