Frankly, I doubt the sudden resignation of Pfeiffer and his CFO will improve matters for the moment. I expect a huge drop tomorrow. If it had only been Pfeiffer who resigned that would be one thing. But I am suspicious as to the reason the CFO also resigned as suddenly. There may be a major problem beyond any considerations of managerial ineptitude. I think many investors will want to bail out at any cost tomorrow until the underlying reasons for this joint resignation without prior notice are disclosed. Tomorrow could be a good time for bottom fishing.
