I agree. It is incomprehensible to me that there is any risk of a cataract or glaucoma simply to eliminate the need for wearing glasses.

On the other hand, I heard from someone that works at a clinical site outside the U.S. that is evaluating ICL's where they perform LASIK on one eye and place an ICL in the other. All patients prefer the ICL.
