CommSatMan: I don't know who you are, but I do know that you've posted more valuable information in two days than I've read here in the last two months. Your targeting of "marketing" as the potential bugaboo for the LEO MSS systems is "spot on". Iridium did absolutely blow their opportunity; Globalstar is also likely to learn that demand for bulky, expensive "anywhere, anytime" phone service is vanishingly low. Thanks for the perspective....
