Paulo, Thanks for your intensive post! I don't have the attention span to be able to put all that stuff down... all I care about is if the DOW is going up or down and what is VGY doing. Then, based on an Explorer scan of my database, what are the stock(s) of interest... and where do they stand. Course I do a lot more WORK than that... but that is the bottom line. We are still in dangerous territory and any significant shortfall in earnings in the rest of the tech sector could be the catalyst for another BK. I am trying to buy puts tomorrow on one of the stocks my Explorer scan revealed. Bill
