Hi Kemble, I think CPQ must retrench. I think there is little choice. If it does, that will result in a sudden loss of market share but it will ultimately result in an enhanced competitive position. If it does not, it will continue to lose market share in the corporate space although, I think it will maintain retail dominance.

Compaq Computer Corp(CPQ - news) will be a focus for U.S. trade following surprise news on Sunday that two top executives of the world's number one personal computer maker had quit following its profits warning. In Frankfurt, Compaq shares(quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: CPQ.F) rose 1.8 percent.
