Tim, thanks for the praise, but there were many on this thread that saw this problem coming. The transition out of channel distribution into direct is not easy, but it requires decisive action. Pfeiffer and Co. kept waffling. CTC

OK...this sounds like perfect timing!!! DELL EARNINGS PARTY!! A San Francisco area Dell earnings party is scheduled for Tuesday, May 18th (Please tell me if the date is wrong!!). We will be celebrating on board the vessel "STOWBOAT II". searay.com Uncle John, TL Comiskey have already requested reservations. We will cruise the San Francisco Bay while we await the earnings results. There is limited capacity, so please let me know as soon as possible.
